My name is María, and I am a qualified primary school teacher specialising in Music Education. Music has been part of my life since childhood, teaching me to express myself, explore emotions and connect with others—something I hope to share through my teaching.
I hold a degree in Primary Education from the University of La Laguna, specialising in Music Education, and a Professional Diploma in Music, specialising in Oboe, from the Professional Conservatoire of Music of Santa Cruz de Tenerife. I also have extensive piano training and have performed with choirs and in opera productions, including Carmen and Turandot, at the Auditorio de Tenerife. I am currently studying for a Master’s degree in Educational Technology.
In my piano and music lessons, I aim to make learning engaging and fun, encouraging students to develop their creativity and enjoy music. My goal is for every student to discover their abilities, progress at their own pace and experience music as a way to learn, express themselves and have fun.
