You must write a story and use this as your first line: “I had a really great day out…”.
Don’t forget to put a title, set the scene (introduce the characters, location, time), give it some interesting action and bring it all together for a satisfying resolution.

A Saturday in a hotel
I had a really great day out. We went to a fantastic hotel called Landmar, in Los Gigantes.
That day we went to have breakfast in a buffet called Teide, and later we got prepared in our rooms (310-H, 312-H and 322-H) to go to have fun swimming. We also went to a large slide. It was so exciting! And until 12:00 PM, we went to the hotel’s spa. I was so relaxed! After lunch, we went to swim again, and we had fun with my uncle Juanma. Later we went to have dinner, and next we played around the hotel until 10:00 PM.
Finally we went to the rooms to put on our pyjamas and we went to sleep.

A good story/ account of a day out. To improve this you need to start to vary some of the phrases – there’s a lot of ‘we did this. then we did this.’ Perhaps you need to find a way to link ideas together.
